Kyle Crawford Interview with Wade Rathke on ACORN Radio

One of the things that’s tricky about writing a book is wondering if the things you’re hoping to convey - and by that I mean the things in between the lines - is coming through or not. Are folks picking up on some of the things being alluded to, referenced, implied? You never really know until it gets into their hands.

This was one of the real joys of speaking with Wade Rathke recently. He understood the difference between the operational side and the strategic side, and where ambiguity comes into play and where it isn’t helpful at all. To have someone with so much experience see it and feel the way the book is informed by and speaks to organizing, even with so many examples from other fields, felt great.
